Abstraction
Commitment is an attitude and behavior of people in her work.
Organizational commitment is a situation where an employee is in favor of a
particular organization and its goals and intends to maintain membership in the
organization. Professional commitment is the level of individual loyalty to his
profession. Job satisfaction is an effective or emotional response to various
aspects of the work.
Job satisfaction is an individual's general attitude toward his work. The sample in
this study was the manager who worked at Automotive Company in London. The
statistical method used is the analysis of the path. Methods of data collection
using questionnaires. Before performing regression analysis, the first test with the
classical assumptions. The results of these studies indicate that the data are
normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity does not
occur. Regression analysis was then performed to examine the effect of
organizational commitment (X1), professional commitment (X2) and job
satisfaction (Y1).
Job satisfaction is one thing that must be obtained in their entirety for the
sake of the betterment of life. Job satisfaction can not be in the can in a short
time. Many of the processes that must be passed to someone can say that he is a
professional, the most fundamental is how individuals can improve themselves
through a commitment to the quality of the individual can be in view of the order
of the scope of life. Basically Professionalism in a person has existed since the
foundation of science already present in one's mind. Therefore the existence of
organizational commitment and professional commitment, is expected to change
the mindset of a person in order to get the best way to gain job satisfaction.
The results show that organizational commitment kepusan significant effect
on employment, professional commitment have a significant effect on job
satisfaction. Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment
significant effect on job satisfaction.
